Although the majority of people
believe that homemade ice creams are more delicious than commercial ones,
however they rarely make an ice cream at home. It seems that the main reason is
that people mostly think that it is impossible to make an ice cream without a
machine. The fact is that making an ice cream with a machine is much easier and
the final ice cream would be smoother, but there is no difference in the taste with
or without ice cream maker.
High quality pistachio ice cream is very
hard to find, but you can make it at home easily. Do not forget to add some unshelled
Iranian pistachios during the last 5 minutes of freezing.
