A large number of people say that the taste factor of coffee is more important than even the price of it. It means that if we want to find an alternative drink, we should pay attention to the taste of it.

According to the revealed studies at the annual European Congress on Obesity, MPR says "Consumption of pistachio nuts is associated with decreased insulin resistance in individuals with prediabetes."

The researches of Western Pistachios Association prepared a pistachio diet for a group of patients and they finally found that by having a pistachio diet, the amount of fasting glucose, insulin, and homeostasis are decreased. Fortunately after the pistachio diet there were also significant decreases in metabolic risk markers such as fibrinogen, glucagon, and oxidized LDL.

Pay more attention to your body

You can protect your body against a large number of diseases by consuming one or two handful of pistachios. Although pistachios are rather expensive, but well worth it. You have to pay medical bills for some diseases that could be prevented by eating pistachios.
Iranian pistachios have the highest quality among other types of pistachios and recommended to order this type of pistachios. Never forget that "I am not rich to buy cheap things".

What is your opinion about homemade ice cream?

Although the majority of people believe that homemade ice creams are more delicious than commercial ones, however they rarely make an ice cream at home. It seems that the main reason is that people mostly think that it is impossible to make an ice cream without a machine. The fact is that making an ice cream with a machine is much easier and the final ice cream would be smoother, but there is no difference in the taste with or without ice cream maker.

High quality pistachio ice cream is very hard to find, but you can make it at home easily. Do not forget to add some unshelled Iranian pistachios during the last 5 minutes of freezing.
